At Warrior Sales Store, we stand behind our professional-grade hockey equipment just like we stand behind our players. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right. Here’s everything you need to know about our returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following hockey products cannot be returned:

  • Masks (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Any protective equipment that shows signs of use or wear
  • Custom-ordered or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send items without an RMA number – this helps us process your return faster.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item(s) within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive email notification when:

  • Your return is approved and refund is processing
  • Your exchange item is being prepared for shipment
  • If there are any issues with your return

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours

Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received and approved
  • Standard shipping rates apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your hockey equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  2. We’ll arrange for return shipping at our expense
  3. You’ll receive priority processing for replacement or refund

International Returns

For customers outside Canada:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
