Yes! We’re proud to carry a complete selection of gear for both players and goalies. From composite sticks to protective equipment and specialized goalie gear, we’ve got everything you need to hit the ice with confidence.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta – the heart of Canadian hockey. This strategic location gives us quick access to major shipping routes for faster delivery.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two convenient shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 days after shipping (1-2 day processing)
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS in 15-25 days after shipping (1-2 day processing)
Most orders placed before 2pm MST ship the same day!
How can I get my order fastest?
For fastest delivery:
  • Choose Standard Shipping
  • Place your order before 2pm MST
  • Order by Wednesday at noon MST for best chance of weekend delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We serve hockey communities worldwide, excluding select Asian and remote regions. International orders include duty and tax calculations at checkout for most destinations, so there are no surprise fees.
How can I track my order?
We provide transparent tracking with real-time updates from our warehouse to your doorstep. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
